Blueprint project
Blueprint Project supports youth ages 16–24 through mentorship, skill development, and workforce experiences. Guided by the pillars of Expose, Educate, and Experience, this program bridges education to employment and provides the tools, guidance, and community young adults need to move into their next chapter with clarity and confidence.
Expose
Participants will be exposed to trades to financially support themselves and learn soft skills, such as time management and self-care.
educate
Access to workshops and intensives equips participants with practical, transferable skills for independence and employability.

Experiential Learning provides hands-on learning through partnering organizations to lead youth toward viable, fulfilling career pathways.
