I.M.P.A.C.T. PROGRAM
The I.M.P.A.C.T. Program is a year-round youth development ecosystem that bridges early identity-building with real-world readiness. Through two connected arms—Impact Camps (Exposure) and After School Impact (Education + Experience)—we empower middle and high school students to explore their passions, build essential life and career skills, and prepare for future pathways.
impact camps
Our Impact Camps serve youth ages 10–18 (6th-12th grade). These short-term, high-energy experiences are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and expose youth to new ideas, industries, and possibilities during their winter, spring, & summer break.
after school impact
After School Impact strengthens the skills students need for life, school, and their future careers. Students receive structured education in life skills, emotional intelligence, STEM, leadership, financial literacy, & entrepreneurship, paired with hands-on projects, creativity labs, and real-world application opportunities..

The program sits at the heart of Mirkat Impact’s pipeline, connecting the foundational work of Lunch & Legacy with the advanced workforce development of Pearl’s Pathways. From confidence building to hands-on skill development, students gain the tools, mentorship, and experiences they need to grow into leaders, innovators, and thriving young adults.
