13. Media Release & Use of Likeness
By participating in programs, events, workshops, or activities hosted by Mirkat Impact, participants (or their parent/legal guardian, if under 18) grant Mirkat Impact permission to:
Photograph
Record video
Capture audio
Use participant name, likeness, image, voice, and statements
for lawful promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
This may include use in:
Social media platforms
Website content
Promotional materials
Grant applications and impact reports
Digital or print publications
News media coverage
No compensation will be provided for such use.
If a participant or parent/guardian does not wish to grant media permission, written notice must be submitted to Mirkat Impact prior to participation in the applicable program or event.
Mirkat Impact agrees not to use media in a way that is defamatory, misleading, or harmful to participants.
